If we keep standing in the shadow of clock-time, we will remain obedient to its linear direction. Linear time is a construct that doesn’t correspond to human experience. It’s also not compatible with the way things really are. Stepping out of clock-time probably feels like the ground is swept from underneath us. I hope it does.
